From finished visualizations we make short AI clips, faster and more affordable than a camera move. For a 3D animation we set length, camera moves and narrative at kickoff, and you decide on pace, cuts and framing on the white model.

We develop materials, lighting mood, vegetation and surroundings as we do for our still images. Three revision rounds keep every step in your hands: one after the white model, two after the development.

For social media and campaigns we recommend 10 to 90 seconds, for investor presentations and fairs two to four minutes. You receive the film in Full HD or 4K, in the formats for web, presentations and social media.

Our approach

Across more than 500 projects we have learned which moments sell a development: the arrival, the first look into the home, the light in the evening.
Both founders hold a master's in architecture, and most of our 3D team come from architecture or design. We read your plans before we set the first camera.
The 3D model is included in the price. If visualizations already exist, we build the film on the same 3D scenes, which saves effort and keeps the imagery the same on every channel.
Order the animation on its own or together with exterior and interior views, a 360° tour, exposé and website from the same team. Your project speaks the same language everywhere, and you have one contact for everything.

Send us plans, existing visualizations or a short brief. You receive a quote with scope, timeline and one price that includes the 3D model and three revision rounds.
Floor plans, elevations, sections and a site plan form the basis. Also helpful are an existing 3D model, material specifications and references for the desired atmosphere. We clarify during the kickoff what is needed for the current planning stage.
An AI clip is made from finished visualizations: short movement within the image, faster and more affordable than a camera move. A 3D animation takes a freely planned camera through buildings and rooms, with a storyboard and approval on the white model.
This depends on the intended use. For social media and digital campaigns we recommend 10 to 90 seconds. For investor presentations and trade fairs, two to four minutes is typical. We advise on the optimal length and narrative structure during the kickoff.
We work with three structured revision rounds. One after the white model, two after the development stage.

Standard delivery is in Full HD (1920 × 1080 px) or 4K (3840 × 2160 px), depending on the intended use. We deliver in formats optimized for web, presentation and social media.
Yes. If architectural or interior visualizations already exist for the project, we build the animation on the same 3D material. This significantly reduces the effort and ensures a consistent visual language throughout.
Yes. We are happy to work under a non-disclosure agreement and handle all documents with discretion. Reference projects are only published with explicit approval.
