Architectural Visualization
We create architectural visualizations that work in project communication and sales. Developed with precision, based on reliable planning documents, and tailored to the specific use cases of your project.
Selected Projects
Project Phase
Architectural visualizations are typically commissioned from the design planning stage onwards, once planning documents provide a reliable foundation. Depending on the project goal, they are used at different stages.
Early Project Phase
01Renderings as a decision-making tool before construction begins. Compelling, before a single stone is laid.
Sales Launch
02Visual foundation for exposés, brochures, project websites and listing platforms. Consistent across all channels.
Competitions and Approval Processes
03High-quality visuals for formal submissions and public presentations.
Internal Coordination
04A shared visual reference for the project team, architecture and client. Reduces misunderstandings in early planning phases.
Prospective Buyers Before Construction
05Spatial orientation for potential buyers who cannot yet experience the project in person.
What We Deliver
The scope of work is defined together during the kickoff, based on the available planning documents and intended use. Number of views, level of detail and areas of application are determined on a project-specific basis.
- Exterior perspectives from defined camera positions(01)
- Aerial and drone perspectives(02)
- Daytime, dusk and night renderings(03)
- Integration into the urban surroundings(04)
- Visualization of construction phases or planning variants(05)
- Competition visualizations(06)
How We Work
A clearly structured process reduces coordination effort and creates defined decision-making phases. This keeps the project on schedule, even with multiple stakeholders involved.
Kickoff and Planning
01Review of documents, alignment on required views, definition of camera positions based on floor plans. Outcome: an agreed project plan with concrete milestones.
Grey Material Phase
02Creation of the agreed cameras in neutral materials. Decisions on framing, viewing direction and composition, before materials and details are developed.
Development
03Implementation with materiality, lighting, vegetation, surroundings and project-specific details. This forms the basis for the structured feedback round.
Revision
04Consolidated feedback based on the interim result. Adjustments are implemented within the agreed revision rounds, bundled and efficiently processed.
Finalization and Delivery
05Delivery of final renderings in agreed formats, standardly up to 4K, higher resolutions on request. Files are provided in variants optimized for each intended use.
Frequently Asked Questions About Architectural Visualization
Floor plans, elevations, sections and a site plan form the basis. Also helpful are material specifications, references for the desired atmosphere and, if available, an existing 3D model. We clarify during the kickoff what is needed for the current planning stage.
We typically work with three structured revision rounds. One after the grey material phase, two after the development stage. The exact scope is defined in the proposal.
This depends on the number of views and complexity. After the kickoff you will receive a binding project schedule with concrete milestones. Urgent projects are discussed separately.
Standard delivery is in 4K (3840 × 2160 px). Higher resolutions for large format print are available on request. Formats are tailored to the intended use: print, web, presentation.
Yes. We are happy to work under a non-disclosure agreement and handle all documents with discretion. Reference projects are only published with explicit approval.

Related 3D Services
Architectural and interior visualization are frequently commissioned within the same project. We also offer animation and virtual tours for digital sales, all from one studio, built on the same 3D material.
