Am Bollacker
Am Bollacker is a residential development located in Küttigen, Switzerland, consisting of two connected terraced houses set into a gently sloped residential context. The architecture is defined by clear volumes, restrained material choices, and a strong connection between interior spaces and the surrounding greenery.
For Am Bollacker, we produced a set of photoreal 3D visualizations covering both the exterior and key interior spaces. The exterior views were developed to show the buildings naturally embedded in the terrain and surrounding context, while the interior scenes were staged in a warm, neutral style to support the architecture and keep the atmosphere believable. In addition, we designed and laid out the project exposé, combining the visuals with the provided project information into a clear, consistent document suitable for both digital use and print.
