Process
From briefing to handover in clearly defined steps

Briefing and Material Handover
You send us the architectural plans, existing imagery, and all relevant project information. We clarify whether there is existing project branding or whether we develop it.

Branding and Design Direction
If no branding exists yet, we create several design proposals with different color palettes, typography, and tonality. You select the direction that best fits the project.
(03)
Layout and First Draft
Based on the chosen branding, we design the full layout, place copy, visualizations, floor plans, and maps, and deliver the first draft for review.
(04)
Feedback and Revisions
You provide feedback, we implement the changes. After a second review round, the exposé is finalized.

Delivery

Floor plans, project description, area specifications, and any existing imagery. If 3D visualizations are not yet available, we can create those as well.

Typically 2–4 weeks after kickoff, depending on page count and review phases. Urgent projects are discussed separately.

Pricing depends on page count, scope of image preparation, and whether project branding is developed from scratch or existing branding is applied. An overview with indicative pricing is available in our catalog.

Yes. We work with existing photos, drone footage, or imagery from other studios. If needed, we create the visualizations as well.

If no branding exists yet, we develop it as part of the exposé process. You receive several design proposals to choose from. Existing branding is of course applied.

As a print-ready file in production quality and as an interactive PDF for digital distribution. Formats and specifications are agreed at kickoff.

Yes. Every service stands on its own and can be commissioned individually, with no mandatory packages.

A professional exposé is custom-designed for the project, with its own layout, branding, and high-quality image preparation. It reflects the project's standards and positions it clearly in the market. Concept, copy, design, and print optimization are all included in scope.
