A burgundy façade sets the tone for this residential building on Rigistrasse in Buchs AG. Vertical detailing breaks up the surfaces, while large windows and covered terraces face the gardens.

Für V2 Architekten erstellten wir je zwei Außen- und Innenansichten. Von der Straße und vom Garten aus zeigen sie die Fassade und die Terrassen. Die Innenbilder widmen sich den offenen Wohnbereichen mit Küche und Essplatz. Die hohe Decke und das Licht aus dem Garten waren dabei wichtige Motive.

We made two exterior and two interior views for V2 Architekten. The street and garden views show the façade and terraces. Inside, we focused on the open living spaces, kitchens and dining areas, with particular attention to the high ceiling and light from the garden.

Auch das Exposé entstand bei uns. Große Bilder wechseln sich mit den Projektinformationen ab, begleitet von einer schlichten Typografie. Die Mockups zeigen ausgewählte Doppelseiten.

We also designed the real estate brochure, alternating large images with project information and simple typography. The mockups show a selection of double-page spreads.

Auch das Exposé entstand bei uns. Wir verbanden die Visualisierungen mit den bereitgestellten Informationen zum Projekt und seiner Lage. Großformatige Architekturansichten wechseln mit Karten und klar gegliederten Textseiten. Die schlichte Typografie, viel Weißraum und der Wechsel zwischen hellen und dunklen Flächen geben den Inhalten eine feste Ordnung. Die Mockups zeigen ausgewählte Doppelseiten und das Zusammenspiel von Bild, Text und Orientierung.

We also designed the real estate brochure, combining the visualizations with supplied information about the project and its location. Large architectural images alternate with maps and clearly structured text pages. Simple typography, generous white space and alternating light and dark surfaces give the content a consistent order. The mockups show selected spreads and how images, text and orientation work together.
