Schirmerstraße

We visualized the living and dining area and the bathroom for Ketteler & Schwarz Immobilien. The living view pairs the tall period windows and herringbone parquet with simple furnishings. In the bathroom, light stone, fitted elements and a glass partition explain the proposed fit-out. Both images were also incorporated into the brochure design.

The brochure arranges the supplied information about location, building and apartments into a connected presentation. Alongside the visualizations, we designed pages with floor plans, an overview of the storeys and spatial diagrams. Maps and photographs explain the setting. A restrained cover with the S27 mark, generous image layouts and fine typography define the brochure and keep the different types of information easy to distinguish.
