3D visualization from €550 per view

All prices apply per final view and are net, excluding applicable VAT. Before production begins, you receive a binding total price for the agreed scope.

The price includes modelling, scene setup, required 3D assets, materials, lighting, rendering, post-production, three revision phases and use for your project marketing. There are no separate modelling or post-production fees.

No. Plans, elevations and sections are usually sufficient. A material list is helpful but not mandatory. If a 3D model exists, we use it—the price does not change.

High-End provides a precise, photorealistic and sales-ready image. Premium adds more individual art direction, more custom assets, stronger atmosphere and deeper post-production. We can quote both options.

Phase one confirms the model and camera. Phase two covers materials, furnishing, landscaping and minor architectural adjustments. Phase three covers post-production and finishing corrections. Our mistakes never count as a revision phase.

Production usually takes 3–5 working days per view. Multiple scenes can be produced in parallel. We agree the schedule before starting; feedback pauses extend the overall duration.

Further client changes are billed hourly based on effort. Extensive changes to an approved perspective or architecture are agreed separately before implementation.

No. For integration into real drone photography, the client supplies the images. Without them, we model a credible environment, but not an exact one-to-one reconstruction of every surrounding building.

Final images can be used without additional licensing fees across project marketing—including websites, brochures, print, social media, ads, portals, press and outdoor advertising.

From the third exterior view, we charge 85% of the regular image price. Orders of eight or more renderings receive an additional 10% discount. With at least two qualifying marketing services, you receive 15% off the complete order. These benefits can be combined.
